Create a login to the AWS Partner Network using your official email address. Confirm with your cloud COE or cloud and infrastructure department before proceeding further. The very first signup using a particular domain will initialize the domain as an AWS Partner with you as the lead. But there will be other requirements to be met to reach Partnership Tier Levels.
